So when the media began to compare her hair to that of actress Audrey Hepburn, Nyong’o didn’t let it slide for a second.

A Vogue article entitled, “Is Lupita Nyong’o the New Audrey Hepburn?” said that like Hepburn, Nyong’o had mastered the “art of transformation.”

In the classiest clapback of all time, Nyong’o posted a video in which she tagged her stylist, Vernon François, showcasing images of her Met Gala hairstyle alongside Nina Simone and other African-inspired hairstyles.
