Saturday Night Live alum Maya Rudolph is returning to the small screen to do what she does best.

According to Deadline, NBC has greenlit a Lorne Michaels-produced variety show starring the African-American Bridesmaids actress.

This news comes on the heels of widespread criticism of Michaels and SNL for that show’s lack of diversity. Now in the midst of its 39th season, the show’s six new cast-members are all white.

Rudolph recently co-starred in the critically acclaimed but low-rated NBC sitcom Up All Night. During her seven years on SNL, Rudolph played Beyoncé Knowles, Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, Oprah Winfrey and many other celebrities.

The show is reportedly expected to debut following the Winter Olympics.
